Our Spring Training information for the 2026 Season is as follows:

WHEN: Monday, May 4, 2026 through Thursday, May 21, 2026

TIME: 6:15 pm until 8:30 pm

What to wear and bring:

WEAR:

• Loose-fitted clothing (No Jeans)

sweat pants, shorts, or leggings

• Cheer shoes or cross training shoes. (No Crocks or sandals)

BRING:

• Water

• towel

• Mat (for stretching)

• A ready to work attitude

• A respectful attitude
